Dec. 5-10 Saline County Library family-fun event schedule

Monday, December 5

Makerspace for all ages open 9 a.m. — noon and 2-5 p.m. at the Bob Herzfeld Memorial at Benton library; drop by during Makerspace during open hours and make a craft to take home.

Children’s Sensory Storytime 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Benton branch; this program is designed for children with autism, sensory processing disorder or difficulty sitting still.

Mini Game Monday is from 4-5 p.m. at Benton branch for teens (13-18) to play games and hangout.

Tuesday, December 6

Benton’s Makerspace for all ages is open between 9 a.m. — noon.

Makerspace for all ages is open from 9 a.m. — noon at the Mable Boswell Memorial at the Bryant library.

Next Level Gamers for teens and tweens is open from 4-7 p.m. at the Bryant branch. Meet up with fellow gamers for Nintendo Switch and board games in the teen area.

Minecraft Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. is in the virtual realm to play Minecraft and hang with friends.

Holiday Open House and pictures with Santa for the whole family between 5-7 p.m. at the Benton branch.

Wednesday, December 7

DYI Adventures: Swedish Stars is open all day at both branches; get monthly grab-and-go craft kits for adults.

Diamond art snowflakes and winter-themed craft for adults 10-11 a.m. at the

Bryant library.

Thursday, December 8 Makerspace for all ages 9 a.m. to noon at the Benton branch.

Bryant Makerspace for all ages is open from 9 a.m.noon at the Bryant branch.

Winter storytime for children from 4–5 p.m. at the Benton Farmers Market.
